Hide & Seek (Ugly Tape Version)

This is the first track I created on my MPC One back in 2023 I think. I went to a favorite thrift pop-up store to look for cheap like $1 vinyl records, was a lot of fun!

Picked up this Roger Whitaker album, it was a total snoozefest for the most part except for this one track called "All The Way To Richmond" which had this real great vibe to it.

Recorded the chorus and chopped it old school style and used some Oberheim DMX drum samples to make it upbeat! Added bass with the Behringer Crave! Directly recorded onto a cassette tape from the MPC... start & end edited in Ardour.
